NCS treats their contractors like employees and offers most of the same benefits an FTE would receive from NCS.
Cons
Within the team I currently work with, there have been several situations I feel were grossly mishandled by management and/or HR—assuming HR was ever involved. There is one individual who has most definitely made the workplace a hostile environment and is a proven liability to our company. Anytime the behavior of this person is questioned—by anyone—to upper management, the same platitude is muttered: It's being looked into. However, I have no reason to believe there has ever been any action taken towards this person because their conduct has not changed. And I speak from personal experience because I have unfortunately witnessed, firsthand, this person's lack of professionalism and immaturity and have been a victim of it as well.
