Outdated ideas and technology. You are not encouraged to think outside the box or make your own workload any easier or more organized. SOP isn't updated so when you try to follow it, you get a lecture that procedures changed, like you are supposed get the change through osmosis. Sales associates are strictly forbidden to discuss their pay, incentives, and goals with any other employee so that you never know how well you are doing and they can just give each employee different, unreachable goals. If you have an illness or disability, you will be the first to be laid off. Don't think they know what ADA is.
