Pros
Systems in place with everything available and above board. Monthly social gatherings for team building.
Cons
Being a large company having particular request can often be limited due to processes being company-wide with change being slow due to many layers of approval being required. Working for Dialog for many years and now NCS a lot of what we were able to do previously was taken away overnight. A lot of promises that were made while still operating as Dialog were swiftly dropped due to the added layer of management now sitting above what was once the top. I know with acquisitions come both layoffs and mass resignations but would have been nice for NCS to have honoured the agreements and cultures already at play especially given in the initial company wide meetings this was expressed as being their primary goal when it comes to employee benefit. I very much feel like a number now with no ability to negotiate anything, especially in regards to what, how and specifically WHERE I'm working.
