Pros
Got hired with only a base knowledge in computers, I was well trained and learned a lot. With lots of room to move around I got experience in many areas of the company. Worked with some talent individuals and made some solid friends. Fun parties and company events, solid prizes too.
Cons
I worked for the company for a total of 3 years, being laid off twice during that time. No job security with a high turn over rate. Pay was adequate but not great, room to move within the company however not to grow, it's more likely they will let you go before you move upwards. Constant pressure to meet monthly targets in sales and if you don't, be sure the management will speak to you about it. Also theirs the risk that employees and even management may take over an order you've been working on and be credited with the sale (happened to me more then once). Unfortunately both times I left the company on bad terms, last lay off I was wrongfully fired they quickly backpedaled and switched it to a lay off when I threatened to submit the incident to the better business bureau. Even after this they didn't pay me out properly and stopped responding to my emails in regards to payment. All in all I'm glade to be done with that place and won't be back for a third hiring. Sadly in most cases their prices are to good to pass up being a customer.
