      Pros

      I loved working with my peers daily. my boss worked with me for things I needed. benefits are slowly improving.

      Cons

      long hours expected (and forced at times); changing culture; Communication is awful at all levels.very limited career opportunities. 2 weeks of vacation to start. The culture was good at first, but really started to change for the worst when a new president came in January.

      Pros

      Two weeks vacation upon being hired is a pro. There are some very hardworking people in this company that want to help you succeed.

      Cons

      I felt overwhelmed to the point that each day I walked in the office, I could feel my blood pressure spike. Do not expect much for your "bonus". No opportunities to get outside of the office. I truly believe this position lowered my IQ. You will notice from day one, everyone hates their job. The company was understaffed, yet I witnessed the company let go of several people. The daily meetings and reports seem to be ineffective.
