Pros
Working with NCGS has been a wonderful experience. I have been challenged to learn and contribute positively. Managers take on a more 'coaching' style approach and are more than willing to cultivate talents. Questions are always welcomed with thorough, yet functional, explanation. Autonomy is encouraged at every level, yet instructions are clearly defined and filed in locations that allow any position to refer to, at any time. The amount of effort put in is reciprocated and does not go unnoticed. Hard-work is congratulated and promoted. I enjoy each and every person I work with. Everyone has been so thoughtful and accommodating.
The focus is clear - put the patient first and ensure the safety of the patient. Truly empowering.
In addition, we are able to have several paid holidays throughout the year, more than any previous company that I have worked with.
Since I started at NCGS we have:
1) company-wide award with half-day Friday's
2) gained 4+ new paid holidays yearly
3) increased company-wide year-end bonuses
These benefits are very appreciated, but furthermore, NCGS is a place for hard-working individuals who are motivated both intrinsically and extrinsically - either way, motivated.
Cons
Paying for parking seems a bit odd given the aforementioned generosity.
