Upskilling our line managers and leadership has been the focus of our Line Manager Core Skills program, and the Community of Best Practice sessions, designed to provide clarity on the foundational skills, knowledge and behaviours essential for managers to lead their teams effectively. Additionally, whilst we are aware that the workload can increase during busy periods, we encourage all our colleagues to speak to their line managers about any challenges they are facing and will strive to find solutions together.
