      Pros

      Very rewarding work with a fun culture and plenty of opportunities to grow.

      Cons

      Pay is not the best. Little reward for exceeding expectations. There is also a disconnect between DSP culture and management culture. Difficult to get rid of bad staff.

      Pros

      Pros- Company has its ducks in a row . Professional and stands by its Mission statement. Cons- hard work not for faint at heart pay for DSP

      Hard work, not for the faint at heart, pay for DSP’s is not good at all, but if you are dedicated and have a heart for the individuals you willl move up the ladder quickly.
