Pros
The thing about a terrible worklife is that everyone else is having a similarly bad time. The work culture is exactly what you'd expect from a big corporate, but colleagues were largely friendly.
Cons
Excessive and redundant mid-management, serious consistency across account delegation, company will take even possible opportunity to screw you out of commission. The business continuity is a joke; the person responsible for paying out commissions was once (very unfortunately) out of office after suffering a bereavement, and no one was paid commission that month. Undeniable favouritism, rampant sexism, zero action to improve workplace culture and inclusivity. I cannot count the number of times management lied after being asked a direct question.
