I honestly believe that this starts will the leadership at NBC, Inc. Brock Dugger, Director of Business Development, Stevie Durr, Director of HR, and President/CEO Jonathan Perry make time to coach and guide his employees towards success. I strongly recommend NBC, Inc. The opportunity for rapid advancement, and more importantly, exposure that translates into experience in an array of different skill sets and industries. Advancement and promotions are based on performance, so your success is in direct relation to your drive and passion. Also, the interviewing process is quite intriguing in that, the whole process is completely transparent, and an incoming possible candidates is able to meet all the key players throughout the process. You can sincerely feel the family atmosphere throughout the proceedings.
Cons
The training program is demanding at first, simply because the candidate is be trained while employed in order to bend the learning curve. Also, this profession is not for someone that is shy, or unable to connect with a variety of different people. With that being said, interpersonal skills and confident are a MUST. In addition, this profession requires an individual to meet a demanding schedule, and constantly seek personal and professional development. Because they are spending time to develop individuals, the position is long term and takes dedication to succeed.
