      Opportunity to work in behavioral health field, well meaning organization

      Cons

      Little to no training, unrealistic expectations, cliques at management level, arrogant employees in main office, high turnover in staff, low pay, unprofessional and uneducated senior staff. Poor hiring decisions.

      Pros

      12-14 paid holidays plus a floating paid day off for your birthday. The program itself to help people is a really good program.

      Cons

      They do not pay well.
