Pros

Management is pretty nice but that is about it.

Cons

Management telling everyone when somebody has quit or has been fired. Pay is not enough for the amount of tedious work. Even if you do well it’s never a good job there’s always a “you could do better.” Like it’s never enough. Open opportunities are rare

Thank you for taking the time to share this feedback. I'm glad to hear you have supportive managers, and I'm sorry to learn other parts of your experience have been discouraging. While we do have high expectations at NAVEX, it’s just as important that people feel recognized for their work and supported in their careers. I will ensure your feedback is shared with our Contact Center leadership team so they can be mindful of your experience as they continue working to support our people. Separately, if you're interested in exploring roles outside of our Contact Center, I encourage you to connect with our Recruiting team so they can learn more about your career interests. They would love to hear from you! Thank you again for sharing your feedback and for being part of the NAVEX team. Best, Cindy Raz Chief People Officer

Thank you for sharing your feedback. We’re glad to hear you’ve had opportunities to work with emerging technologies like AI, automation, and cloud systems. We're excited to continue to invest in these technologies and opportunities! We also recognize that added layers of approval can slow progress and create frustration. As we continue evolving, we’re focused on finding ways to innovate, move faster, empower our teams, and improve how we collaborate and make decisions. Thank you for being part of our team and taking time to help us learn and get better! - NAVEX People Team

Pros

multi-team collaboration and support during job training and continued throughout full-time job; positive support from hiring / direct manager and colleagues and other teams to support and enhance the client experience; continued hands-on training and career/position development training offered through LinkedIn learning; work/life balance specifically within remote-first roles;

Cons

salary is not at industry standard for implementation/onboarding roles requiring project management of 40+, concurrent projects. Salary topped at <$70K and should be at $80 - $90K due to complexity and number of projects for enterprise clients utilizing SaaS.
