Speed humps, bullying mentality from new senior management, head in the sand approach to staffing situation - we will not train our way out of it, you need to retain staff, lack of flexible working opportunities, did I say car park speed humps?, the proverbial oil tanker when it comes to change, living on old safety reputation and things are going down hill fast.
