Cons
Very conservative work environment. They were not willing to be flexible on a work from home schedule for certain employees, but allowed other employees to work fully from home with no punishment. You will be told that you are doing great work but you have to play by their rules. They will promise a certain work from home schedule but that promise will taken away with no remorse, even if you have family/school obligations outside of work. This was after being told to be remote for 4 months at that point because the position was not important enough to be in person. Also, our job role was changing weekly so consistency was an issue. HR was not willing to help or be flexible either, which is an issue when they are supposed to be there for employees.
