-Culture and management: the culture at NAMI is great and very supportive. My team works well together, everyone is kind and passionate, and always there to support each other. My supervisor is also amazing.
-Rest up week: NAMI gives employees 1 extra week off a year for a mental health break
-Working towards a great cause!
Cons
-Not transparent about upward mobility or promotions
-Salary. We are paid very little in comparison to our workload. As a Manager, my salary is pretty abysmal.
