Pros

It can’t even be paycheck and insurance. The insurance is bottom basement. Don’t let them sucker you by saying it is because the company is small. I have worked for 2 other small companies and the insurance was 100% better.

Cons

WARNING!! Please ignore N4 overall ratings and the individual 4/5. You will regret it and you won't believe how this company sucks. - Frank is the king of micro/management. One example is that everyone hasto send their boss an email when you login and logout. They will tell you that the government needs this which is not true. Another example is you need to write up everything you have done for a day. They will tell you the government needs this too and is a lie. All the issues are due the CEO. Gen Z don’t even bother looking at this company it will never be a match. Everyone else same advice N4 will not be a match. Go directly anywhere else and don’t collect the abominable insurance and pay.

Pros

some staff were a joy to work with.

Cons

Working at N4 Solutions was one of the most toxic experiences of my career. The management is beyond micromanaging—they interfere with every task, criticize without offering constructive feedback, and create a culture of fear and negativity. Employees are overworked, often putting in excessive overtime without proper compensation. There is no structure, no clear processes—just constant chaos. Projects are assigned without direction, and when you try to take initiative, you’re blocked by unnecessary interference. Management frequently speaks poorly about other employees, fostering a toxic environment that damages morale. The turnover rate is incredibly high—it’s a revolving door of employees who leave as soon as they realize what they’ve walked into. Instead of addressing the root issues, management continues the same destructive patterns, leading to instability and low morale. The most frustrating part? After all the stress and scrutiny, I found out that clients actually loved the work we produced—meaning the constant criticism from leadership was unnecessary and demoralizing. This job took a serious toll on my mental and physical well-being, and I’m still recovering. If you value your health, work-life balance, and professional growth, I strongly recommend staying far away from this company.
