Pros

Contract is almost up. Some employees are great and really care about each other Pay can be great if you're ok selling your morality

Cons

Absolute trash company that blames everyone else for not being successful. Knowingly allows management to bully and belittle subcontractors. Vendors charge an arm and a leg if they are even willing to work with N3B due to all of the hoops that need to be jumped through.

Pros

Competitive pay, 401k, and benefits

Cons

My experience with this company's HR department has been deeply concerning. While one might hope HR would function with fairness and transparency, my observations lead me to believe the issues are systemic, extending beyond just a 'bad apple.' Instead, it feels more akin to a 'bad barrel,' where the very processes are flawed. I have witnessed instances that resemble secret courts. Allegations are made and 'trials' seem to occur without the accused being informed, let alone having the opportunity to face their accuser or present a defense. It's deeply troubling to see individuals effectively 'convicted' in these secret HR proceedings, only for the truth to emerge later, revealing their innocence. This lack of due process and transparency creates a climate of fear and mistrust. It undermines any confidence in the fairness and integrity of the company's internal systems. For anyone considering working here, it's important to be aware that the HR practices I've witnessed raise serious questions about the protection and rights of employees. Finally, at N3B, we are required to delvier an ethics message at the beginning of each meeting, There is a huge gap here from talking ethics and living ethics at N3B.
