My experience with this company's HR department has been deeply concerning. I have witnessed instances that resemble secret courts. Allegations are made and 'trials' seem to occur without the accused being informed, let alone having the opportunity to face their accuser or present a defense. It's deeply troubling to see individuals effectively 'convicted' in these secret HR proceedings, only for the truth to emerge later, revealing their innocence.
This lack of due process and transparency creates a climate of fear and mistrust. It undermines any confidence in the fairness and integrity of the company's internal systems. For anyone considering working here, it's important to be aware that the HR practices I've witnessed raise serious questions about the protection and rights of employees.
