Pros
N-able is a great place to work. The culture is collaborative, people are approachable, and teams are willing to help each other succeed. In People Insights, I have the opportunity to turn data into meaningful conversations with leaders. What I value most is that insights are actually heard and considered in decision making. I also enjoy contributing to the culture, not just analyzing it. Helping leaders understand their teams, encouraging transparency, and using data to strengthen the employee experience.
Cons
As with many growing companies, priorities can shift quickly and teams sometimes manage several initiatives at once. There is also room to continue strengthening data foundations across systems to make insights faster and more impactful.
