      Pros

      N family really care about you as a person and I always feel like I'm valued. In such a short time I have managed to progress to assistant deputy manager and with so much support and opportunities.

      Cons

      I don't feel like there are any cons everyone has good and bad days but nothing to note about.

      Pros

      N is a lovely place to work with the friendliest team around. It's an inspiring place to be and there are real career progression opportunities as we scale.

      Cons

      Things can be busy, but everyone goes above and beyond to support each other.

      Pros

      I have only been with N since August 2021 and I felt like part of the team from the moment I walked into the Nursery. The management team are amazing, they are so supportive, always there to give support, guidance and just to lend an ear (if needed). The overall team are also amazing, everyone works together and will give every other room support, where possible.

      Cons

      In fairness I haven't come across any yet from the Nursery that I am in.
