Coworkers are amazing, management is very communicative and understanding to daily tasks, and higher-ups truly take the time to get to know you and actually care about you. Nice snacks in the fridge, always good coffee in the kitchen, and regular food trucks and vendors in the business park, along with incredible office views. Team building exercises that are better than "We're going to Top Golf!", but are actually fun. Rafting and ropes courses, field days, intra-department gameshow challenges, all with people that actually want to be there, so it doesn't feel like awkward chores.

You're not going to become a millionaire here, but that's not the point of this job. You're likely going to have to spend a lot of time on video calls, so if that's not your thing, this will be a tough job

The company culture is amazing! I am genuinely happy when I come to work and talk to my co-workers. The team is all very hard working people who value their career growth and care about their clients. The company is growing so fast and there are multiple areas of growth too. Outside of the team, the work we do is fun, creative, and really matters for the clients. We work with small to medium businesses typically and you can feel the impact you have! The company also does quarterly team building events like white water rafting or team BBQs. We have 2 WFH Fridays a month and flexible PTO. Plus, we get catering any Friday we work in office.

The company has high expectations for employees so we look for go getters and people who work hard. It's definitely not the place for someone just looking for something easy. It's a place for someone looking to work hard and build their career. You'll want to be ready for a fast paced environment.
