bonus (although it shows a decreasing trend)+work life balance+remote
Cons
They treat you good when you first join. If the project is profitable they give you awards. When you are not new anymore, awards stop and after a few years they let you go. Too much office politics, brown nosing, too many PMPs, too many Vice-Presidents, and Executives fooling the founders (who are in fact really good and hard working); not getting business or not able to keep long term projects.
