No work life balance, one is usually asked and expected to do work that isn't part of what one was hired for, talking about ownership and high performing. No value for staff feedback , the Co-founders call the shots. Not a creative place to work , as you are not entitled to an opinion, but always have to copy and paste what others are doing- talking about evidence proofing. This usually leads to self doubt, as your ideas are not valid until you have shown that this person from this organisation did it like this and also show that many other people who aren't even experts in the field have reviewed it. The feedback don't come all together, so imagine doing a design and going back and forth to edit numerous times -- something so simple will always become complex. No salary structure - you earn what you bargain during your interview, so do your research well, don't shoot yourself in the leg.

Fast paced so you learn alot . Met alot of smart people. You have an opportunity to dabble into anything you want to learn and contribute in. there are no limits as long as you can deliver on your task as well. If you are passionate about digital health you will love the work & projects. Good for you if you aren't afraid of hard work

Toxic! its so toxic ... from the founders down to leadership team. My advice to you is to seriously reconsider the offer....don't let desperation make you accept what you will regret. They give you the impression that your ideas are wanted but in reality its not. If you decide to join you will eventually see for yourself. They let good people go for God knows what and heaven forbid it that someone resigns the normal way, i've seen people resign and be treated miserably in their last 2 months. High turnover. Blame game! Infact theres a clique and if your manager is not in that clique, you will suffer. Having a manager in that clique still doesnt guarantee your safety..because when push comes to shove they will throw you under the bus to save themselves from the CEO. No psychological safety, preferential treatment.
