CEO is driven and has a vision for the company. Overall, the culture is very collaborative - there are no egos here, and we all work together towards building a great product. Everyone is encouraged to speak up and challenge assumptions, and take ownership in the future of the company. There is no micromanaging here - if you show you are reliable and will deliver what you say you will, you will be trusted.

This is an early stage startup, after all, so there is plenty of 'grunt work' that we all have to do. Hours are not long per se, but with everyone in different time zones, and customers all over the country, they can be weird. Sometimes pings come very late at night / early in the morning, though nobody is expected to reply outside of 'reasonable' local hours
