- Project priorities are always shifting, likelihood of working on a project or product for more than 6 months are uncommon. - Teams work in silos with little to no communication between to develop projects, recently acquired Xerox Research of Canada with very minimal collaboration. - Office locations in 2023 changed twice, both on short notice and leadership team expected employees to continue project developments with no delays which was unavoidable. - Non-existent HR team and lack of company culture to promote a better work environment. - Leadership team rather hire and train new employees than retain current ones, causing frequent delays in project developments. - Pay is below average, no solid plan on annual raises or bonuses. - Stock options are dependent on company going public.
