      You can make a descent pay check

      Cons

      Everytime you start to reach yours numbers they raise your packages per hour so you can never hit bonuses. They also require yoou to work 6 days a week for 10hr shifts. They never trained me properly but were quick to write you up for not knowing something

      Thank you for your review. Our bonus programs are structured on an increasing scale so that new team members can earn a bonus while they are still learning how to perform their tasks. Once the introductory period is over, the bonus criteria are static. Our supervisors work with our team members to help them reach their best earning potential. We wish you success in your career.

      Pros

      Overtime is relatively common especially during season. 50 Hours max and can be up to 60 if you go on an optional sunday shift too. Company provided lunch Mon, Wen, Fri Bonuses based on if you hit a certain number of packages per hour

      Cons

      Season is around christmas time so you can't really take vacation during this time It's hard, physical work
