Pros

Good product with potential. Dedicated team considering the terrible working culture.

Cons

CEO/Manager is confrontational, disrespectful, abusive, has no concept of how to communicate effectively with the team and clients, is unprofessional and makes everyone work overtime, unpaid on a regular basis. There is little to no process and structure in place and staff turnover is high due to the highly stressful environment. Truly the worst culture and work environment I've ever worked.

Pros

None. You are promised the world - High commission, hybrid working, flexible hours - and from your first day you'll realise it was all a scam. They prey on trusting, kind-hearted people and will eat you alive. It's not worth having a gap on your resume because you'll need to quit. My Recruitment+ rebranded to "Martian Logic" to escape these reviews but nothing has changed. This is a small family-run business, the CEO is the founder and the Executive Director of Sales is his ex-wife, I've watched them fight in the office. The entire company consists of less than 20 employees who work remotely and tolerate the abuse. Read the reviews!!! The only positive reviews you see below are in the same format and clearly submitted by the same person (Marketing team)

Cons

Consistent turnover of marketing, sales and customers alike. I've watched the CEO scream, spit flying, at young girls, female customers, his own family, new employees. it's a sinking ship. You will be gaslit and questioned every single day, management monitor your screen and read all of your messages, including Slack. I had nightmares from the day I started until the day I quit. It's not worth having a gap on your resume.
