Cons
Very bad pay No management Couldn't care less about their employees Bad culture - take their money and run tactics. No roadmap, no idea what is going on, and day to day direction changes almost to the point of schizophrenia with no communication about this, just Chinese whispers. Treat people and interns appallingly and exploit where ever there is a chance to. No one feels part of a team Founder walks around bullying people and saying "numbers" all day and making you feel small for his own mistakes. Never get praise, only "you could have got more out of that," I think it is his idea of team management, but really it is just manipulation. Founder storms into deals thinking he knows best, ruins them, and then blames you. No perks or social culture or thanks for the hard work in all the time I worked there.
