Pros
- day to day work was fine, good teamwork with different department - I learned a lot building up my skills and managing people which was not an easy thing to do but I'm glad I had the opportunity to do so - The most enjoyable part was work cliques. The best and the only thing that keeps me going strong
Cons
- Bad work culture with no proper guidelines of work, very bad formalities with the outsider - The hardest was to have some people with bad leadership to work with - No career growth at all, biased work benefits among the staff - Hard that when you have to do the work that requires you to do work outside of the office, you need to use your money first [hard to claim back] or even do budgeting, everything needs to be cut out but still they want us to deliver A+ outcome
