      Pros

      Great office. Flexible working. Remote working. Nice colleagues. Fresh fruit. Reasonable coffee.

      Cons

      Pivoting away from being customer driven rather than data/product driven, but still lots of work to do in this regard. We need time to genuinely innovate. Tech stack is a bit stagnant.

      Great culture of authenticity. Really nice colleagues. Fantastically interesting products to be involved with.

      The coffee runs out from time to time. This is a timely con as I suspect it will be sorted soon.
