      Salary wise ok. Benefits poor.

      Cons

      Toxic work culture. Existing employees plays politics and no help to the new joiners and Managers are poorly knowledgeble. In fact, they are in the hands of Old employees. No ethics. HR is a like Doll in the whole thing. Be care ful before joinning this company

      Receptive to new ideas and improvement of internal processes. Management is very appreciative of employees efforts and always takes the time to acknowledge a job well done!
