Pros
They fly you out to Adelaide for 3 weeks for training.
Cons
The expectation is for you to do 4 appointments per day which take 2 hours minimum each so no chance for lunch breaks and then you need to stay back to complete your paperwork which takes another hour minimum. They reward you with incentives like a free coffee and a bag of lollies which is absolutely ridiculous for the amount of work you'll be doing in that role. You're left to fend for yourself with no direct support apart from the team in Adelaide which is only available via phone and limited during evenings. COO and Director don't listen to any feedback, they just send fluffy emails telling everyone how much they love them every now and again which doesn't coincide with their actions or rewards for high performers.
