Culture is dead - Manager My Possibilities Employee Review

The loss of key leadership has destroyed the culture of the organization. On top of that, the board doesn't care. They just meet with the chief staff and don't actually hear (or listen) to the rest of the staff. The head of HR is horrible. I can't believe she is still there. The turn over in the past year has been close to 50%. It's sad because its the hipsters who suffer
