Pros

Maybe free food on Fridays and if you live in Provo you have a short drive.

Cons

I've worked in sales for years and this was by far the worst place I've worked in. They use Google sheets to track everyone's sales, and even the TOP performers are making ridiculously low money. It's $25 per sale or less. You can only work for six hours. Too performers are making about 2-3 sales a day, 5 in their good days. There is a ten dollar hourly wage THEY WILL TAKE AWAY after six weeks. The management will constantly threaten to fire you if you're having a bad week while you have to go home with hours of work you didn't get paid for. Call volume isn't good either, you'll have days where you spend hours with hardly any leads. Since sales us 100% commission base the company won't pay you and you just wasted hours of your life in that chair for nothing. Plus you're selling computer services to people you know don't need it most of the time while you get screwed over with miserable pay. There are so many better companies to work for. If you take this job i guarantee you you'll either quit or get fired soon.

Pros

Chill work environment where the managers will work with you on your sales technique, and help you become better at your job. Free payed lunch Fridays.

Cons

Company was going through a rough patch, and as soon as I was hired they told me that I shouldn't come into training because they basically had lost their office due to a problem with a sister company they were working with. They proceeded to change the location 20 miles north of the original office and had us all come in to train. After 2 days on the call floor it turns out that most of the calls are more like cold calls and not what they said about "warm leads". The old people most of the time dont know what they are signing up for on the form and when you call they get angry at you for bothering them. The better salesman left before the job even started. The work is generally tedious and once you actually get someone on the phone interested in the product, the market is so saturated with scammers that people tend believe that you are a scammer. Synopsis: Leads are basically cold, managers work hard to make it better than it really is but you cant turn crap into gold. Owner rarely present, but everyone seems to love him. Cant keep sales people at the company because of the nature of the sale and how they advertise it. Additionally they let me make my schedule at first, but because other people couldn't adhere to theirs they made a different schedule for me because of them.
