Pros

MAG is a culture and learning first company. I've never been part of a company that values learning as much as MAG. Strong opportunities to grow and learn. Staff are encouraged to take on new challenges, expand their skillsets, and develop in ways that genuinely move their careers forward. Real commitment to AI adoption and staying at the frontier. The agency doesn't treat new tools as a buzzword. There's genuine investment in experimenting with and integrating AI into how we work, which keeps the work interesting and means you're building skills that stay relevant. And of course, solid work-life balance that's actually respected, not just talked about.

Cons

There are a lot of benefits to working from home, but it can get lonely at times. If you're someone who enjoys watercooler chats and hanging out with colleagues after work, this isn't the place for you. The feedback culture is fast and built on radical candor, which means high accountability and ownership. It pushes you to grow, but if you prefer a more hands-off environment or are sensitive to direct feedback, it can take some adjusting to.

Remote work - that’s all no night differential pay

Cons

They will screencapture everything on your screen and will force you to brand yourself and your personal account with their brand. Extremely invasive.
