You get to learn new CRM tools

Cons

They get angry when you complete 8hrs per day and question every task you did. All complaints, no compliments. You may even spend 15hrs of your time doing an 8hrs shift No Job security, very low pay

Pros

It's a great company with a great vision for the art market. Management is open to ideas and gives the employees a lot of flexibility and responsibility. If you like to build and create its a great place to work.

Cons

The company and team members are spread across different continents and locations making it complicated to communicate.
