      - Flexible Hours - Time Off

      Cons

      - Many of the supervisors, and managers behave like tyrants. - The pay is very low. - Shifts are cancelled regularly, and abruptly. - You are expected to be available for them, but they guarantee no hours.

      Good training, and one of the trainers is very good.

      Manager is not sympathetic to callers at all.
