Cons
1. They are understaffed and overworked. Everybody is always swamped with work. Prepare to work HARD for your pay. 2. There isn't a formal or standardized onboarding/training process when you start a position. 3. The salaries are not market-related and you are not allowed to negotiate for a raise, It is literally in their contract. 4. Do not expect cutting-edge productivity software or working devices. A lot of back-and-forth emails. 5. Prepare yourself for an insane amount of admin. 6. You will not be paid for any overtime. Do NOT work overtime. 7. There is very little support for the employee. 8. They will cut corners wherever they can in order to improve turnover.
