- Severely lacking HR processes, policies and structure
- Poor onboarding / Training of company procedures
- Severe lack of direction coupled with the inability to relay expectations for any project
- Company owner crosses personal boundaries on many fronts, avoid 1v1 conversations.
- Warehouse worker crossed inappropriate boundaries with colleague of opposite gender
- "We're like a family" but instead "We're like a band"
- Values inexpensive labor in the form of internships, low-paying Part-time work, commission-only based compensation agreements.
