Senior management team is completely out of touch with the rest of the company and show favoritism towards specific individuals. Raises are not given out of merit, but out of favoritism and those who know how to work Senior Management. Raises are based off of out dated grids that do not work for certain job titles so those people can never move up. Those who try to prove they deserve a raise based off of examples are added to a short list of most likely to get let go and become targets for Senior Management. Senior Management does not like to do work here and instead are great delegators and completely out of touch with what their departments and employees As mentioned above raises are mostly go to the underserved at MC and pay is lower than the industry average with barely only a small annual raise. A MAJOR ISSUE HERE is that there is no senior HR and no desire to hire one - many have asked and complained about this. There have been many issues with POC and the fact that we do not have an HR department has only heightened this issue as there is only one POC in a leadership role at MC. All other POC in Senior Management have been let go over this past year. Senior Management believes they understand the issue of POC, but they only believe what they want and are not willing to listen to others, especially in lesser positions then theirs. This goes for all aspects of the company though not just the POC Issue.
