Music is such a cool industry

Severely micromanaged and underpaid. Project managers on an ego trip unable to let you have autonomy. Higher up managers dont care to fix how things are run when people are being treated poorly. Nowhere to go in the role because they only want to pay entry level. Dealing with stress and burnout from being so worn out from this job

Good staff training and fun environment to work in

The work was casual so did not get many days of work
