Pros

Cannot think of any to be honest. wait- some senior managers are great story tellers. they have one for every problem and situation. The managers are so lazy that they won't bother you with work, you can think of as an advantage. The mechanical, zombie HR folks is here on Glassdoor, pasting the same response to every query, but at least they are here, that could be a pro. Notice the good reviews are mostly from headoffice. Maybe they have better work culture, who knows.

Cons

- Senior managers are clueless. They will exploit exploit and give you toffeess to keep you happy. - I have never seen all the talentless people rise so fast. - The more lazy you are, more successful you will be here and hence everyone leaves as soon as they complete one year. -they even have policies forcing you to stay. You can't escape

Pros

Very bad organisation it's more than LA La company

Cons

I do not recommend this company. The work environment is highly stressful, with constant micromanagement from leadership. Employees are not treated with respect, regardless of their role, and there is little support from HR. Working here can seriously affect your mental well-being. Unless you are prepared to handle continuous pressure and a challenging culture, it’s better to consider other options.

Cons

The work environment has become increasingly challenging due to unprofessional behavior among some flight team managers. There appears to be frequent gossip and a lack of respectful communication, which negatively impacts team morale and overall productivity. In particular, certain management practices have contributed to a stressful atmosphere, making it difficult for employees to feel supported and valued. More focus on professionalism, leadership training, and open communication would greatly improve the workplace culture.
