Very high expectations with lot of pressure and with low recognition of individual efforts. Senior profiles growth is very slow and it is based on networking. Transformation and re-organization of management is very often with low care of change management. Top management is focusing on reaching objectives with minimum cost hence they sacrifice people care. HR follow the same strategy so they do not help employees in difficult situation and the rate of burnout cases is increasing. People facing burnt out tend to hide it from HR as they fear their reaction (e.g losing responsabilities)
