Pros
The company offers regular trainings for employees. Benefits and bonuses and quite good. There is a significant variety in the assignments. The organizational structure is very flat (interactions with top managers are quite frequent)
Cons
Career progression is not very clear due to the flat structure. Working hours may be quite long (incl weekends). The company grew very fast in the last few years and processes are somewhat slower.
