The colleagues you'll meet here will make it so worthwhile--friendly, smart, and genuinely interested in collaboration. Office space is comfortable, welcoming, and the vibe is fairly relaxed and casual for being in fintech. Amazing benefits compared to others in the industry. Flexibility and autonomy are often granted to those who prove capable.
Cons
Level changes do not offer salary increases which further exacerbates the base salary being somewhat below market rate. SAFe adoption has only taken on the cons (process heavy, endless ceremonies) and not the pros (intrinsic motivation, protected innovation time). Leadership changes have resulted in conspicuous cost-cutting and penny-pinching measures.
