No overtime for extra hours

Beautiful grounds, those colleagues who were experiencing the negatives of working there banded together

Bullying and gaslighting go to the top, bullies 'failing up' is common practice, formal complaints with considerable concrete evidence are drawn out and addressed in a manner to encourage resignations. Other staff are scared to stand up for fear of being next. If the complainant doesn't resign the narrative is changed to suggest the complainant has mental health issues, not that there is a serious issue with many of the people and the culture of the university. Toxic, and I hope for the sake of the institution and students it can be addressed.
