      mundipharma offer good benefits and a very flexible package

      Cons

      The CFO is a tyrant who lacks a complete understanding of the financials of the company. Additionally most of the finance team have mentally checked out and the remaining few who still care get flogged month after month.

      Pros

      Great team, great management. Excellent support to employees, good benefits program. Good path to further career development. Good pay.

      Cons

      High workload during busy periods. Can sometimes be left to deal with issues with limited help, but will help if issues still can't be resolved - have an escalation route in place.
