Remote work and plenty of flexibility. Great communication amongst co-workers, and a lot of creative, hardworking minds who have been around for the long haul.

No real cons, just some expected growing pains.

Not much besides being remote

I was called a Rockstar, etc but got fired 3 days before Xmas without warning for missing 3 total days for a major life crisis. Treat employees as replaceable objects No understanding or communication. They prefer cheap labor over quality employees. When being fired I asked to speak with Mike the owner and he refused to hop on a call and only said the decision has been made. He loves to be fake to your face and act understanding but he doesnt care about you as a person. It's clear now why there turnover is SO high for a small company.
