Pros

No pros at all. Cant understand how this company keeps operating.

Cons

They scam their clients, they process their online stores payments and then use that money instead of paying it to the clients as rightful owners.

Pros

None. Nice office, but you'll hate being there.

Cons

Worked there and immediately after I started, the salary payments were delayed. Rarely updated on when payment would be made. Payments fell behind by 2 months because investors wouldn't put money into it. Fired employees because they couldn't pay them, others were made feel like they were doing a bad job but its impossible, given the fact that the service provides no value. They provide online ordering for restaurants. They collect payments, and are supposed to disperse the funds monthly. When the company ran out of money they started using the funds from the restaurants that sold food. Seems like a terrible pyramid scheme gone wrong. Through the time that employees weren't being paid, they were asked to do more and more, work later, while being treated poorly. The CEO constantly insults employees publicly. He yells and doesn't take advice.

Munch Ado Response

Thank you for your advice. Munch Ado’s rebrand was a lot more about the improvements being made to the services we offer clients than getting a new logo. The past year has offered hard-earned lessons across departments and across offices. Everyone in the organization, and even those who have recently left, have contributed to the new Munch Ado and has been a part of our mission to have a positive impact on restaurants and on the industry as a whole. We demand a lot of our employees in pursuit of this goal. We demand a lot of ourselves. We let you down, and we let ourselves down as we tried to change gears quickly. When things move fast, other fall out of rhythm. That’s the truth. With the lessons we’ve learned along the way, the launch of our new service is the first step to getting things back on track for our employees, for our clients, for the restaurant industry, and for all those who have been with us along the way.
