Leadership is transparent about goals, business direction, and new initiatives. You always feel updated about where the company is heading. The culture is positive, respectful, and growth-focused. It feels like a place where your skills actually matter.

The only minor downside is that some internal processes can be improved for faster coordination, but nothing that affects productivity. More tech meetups or knowledge-sharing sessions would be great.
