Pros
You will definitely be challenged here as there is never a dull moment; meaning you are always learning and growing. Everyone is friendly, helpful, and working towards a common goal (i.e. grow the company) that you feel like you are truly part of a team. You have a lot of autonomy and responsibility, but you are compensated fairly and valued for your hard work and contributions.
Cons
Being fairly new to the company, there isn’t anything negative to speak about other than the company is going through a major growth spurt. Generally, with any company that scales up rapidly, there are insufficient resources at your fingertips to do the job. You’ll need to create many things from the ground up and wear a lot of hats until those resources are scaled up to match the growth. But this is typically a great thing as you can learn new things and sharpen and grow existing skills.
